Prepare the document
Upload one PDF or several and drop fields where they belong. Every field belongs to a specific recipient, so a two-party contract knows which signature box is whose.

Route it to signers
Send to one person or several. Email everyone at once, or in sequence so each person signs in turn and the next invitation goes out only after the previous signature lands.

Keep the evidence
Each signature records who acted, from where, and when — including the moment the signer agreed to sign electronically. That record is appended to the document itself as a Certificate of Completion.

Let anyone check it later
Drop a signed PDF on sigfetch.com/verify and it says whether the file matches what was signed. The hash is computed in the browser, so the document never leaves the machine — your counterparty can check a contract without handing it to me.

What it doesn't do
No notarization or Remote Online Notarization, no Form I-9 workflows, no bulk send, no team seats, and no Zapier-style integrations — outbound webhooks are the integration story for now. SigFetch is not offered as HIPAA-compliant, has no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and doesn't do EU Qualified Electronic Signatures.
